Application Developer – Digital Banking

About the role

The bank is seeking an Application Developer to build, maintain and support its digital applications. You will work within the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance and contributing to the bank’s digital product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and support digital applications across the bank’s platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new solutions.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users on application functionalities.
• Participate in the development of digital product strategies and roadmaps.
• Document application configurations, procedures and user manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in application development and support within a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to work on multiple projects.

Required skills

• Java, C# or Python programming.
• SQL Server or Oracle database management.
