About the role

Network International, the leading FinTech provider across the Middle East and Africa, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join its Global Production Support Team. You will be part of a 24x7x365 operation that ensures the smooth delivery of multiple applications across several regions.

Key responsibilities

Participate in a rotating shift schedule covering all time zones.
Handle all defined Level‑1 support tasks for a portfolio of applications.
Collaborate with global teams to resolve incidents and maintain service continuity.

Required profile

Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Ability to support multiple applications across different regions.
