Arabic Creative Copywriter

About the role

Equiti is looking for an Arabic Creative Copywriter to join its Marketing team in Amman. You will be the linguistic and cultural bridge that transforms global English campaigns into compelling Arabic content for the MENA region, supporting fintech products and brokerage services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the Art Director and Head of Creative to generate original, Arabic‑first campaign concepts.
• Transcreate global English copy into Modern Standard Arabic and regional dialects, preserving tone, humor and cultural relevance.
• Produce high‑performing copy for social media, video scripts, email newsletters and performance ads.
• Maintain and evolve Arabic brand guidelines in partnership with the Copy Team Lead.
• Ensure grammatical accuracy and cultural sensitivity across all assets.
• Monitor MENA market trends and consumer behaviour to keep messaging fresh and timely.

Required profile

• Native‑level Arabic speaker with strong command of Khaleeji and Levantine nuances.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Team‑player who enjoys real‑time brainstorming with designers and creatives.
• Deep understanding of the Middle‑Eastern market and what resonates in cities such as Riyadh, Dubai and Amman.
• Detail‑oriented, motivated and able to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Arabic (native) and English (professional) writing proficiency.
