Arabic Data Moderator – Remote

About the role

We are looking for native Arabic speakers with strong English skills to join a large‑scale, multilingual AI data collection project. As a Data Moderator you will run remote video‑call sessions, guide participants through consent and instructions, and ensure high‑quality bilingual recordings with natural code‑switching.

Key responsibilities

• Host and manage daily remote recording sessions (1–4 participants per session).
• Set up and operate the recording platform, monitoring audio and video quality.
• Guide participants through onboarding, consent, and session procedures.
• Review recordings for natural bilingual conversation and request re‑takes when standards are not met.
• Track session details, handle scheduling changes, and upload data to the central system.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a welcoming demeanor throughout each session.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a full daily schedule of back‑to‑back sessions.
• Comfortable using video‑call platforms and following detailed technical instructions.
• Previous experience in customer service, moderation, research studies, or field operations is preferred.
• Authorized to work remotely.
