Area Manager – Facilities Services

About the role

EFS Facilities Services is seeking a proactive Area Manager to lead daily operations across multiple service sites in Jordan. The role ensures seamless service delivery, workforce efficiency, client satisfaction, and strict adherence to operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across assigned sites, routes, and service areas.
• Lead frontline teams, plan manpower deployment, and optimise workforce productivity.
• Monitor performance metrics, attendance, discipline, and compliance.
• Coordinate route planning, shift schedules, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain client relationships as the primary operational point of contact.
• Handle escalations, service disruptions, and workforce challenges.
• Collaborate with HR, logistics, procurement, maintenance, and administration to ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare and review operational reports covering service delivery, utilisation, incidents, and KPIs.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and operational compliance across all sites.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of operational experience in waste management, facilities management, logistics, cleaning services, field operations, or similar large‑scale service environments.
• Proven track record of managing frontline teams and delivering consistent service quality.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills.
