Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

Observer Technology & Solutions is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning solutions that power its security and automation platform, PICARS. The role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of hands‑on AI experience who can turn data into actionable models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets to ensure high‑quality inputs for model training.
• Deploy AI models as APIs or integrate them into existing applications using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers and product teams to embed AI capabilities into the PICARS platform.
• Research, prototype, and implement modern AI techniques to keep the product at the cutting edge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional or academic experience in AI or Machine Learning.
• At least two completed AI projects demonstrating practical implementation.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
