Assistant Broker - Capital Investments

About the role

The Assistant Broker will support senior brokers in delivering high‑quality service to clients and contributing to the growth of our capital investment business. This entry‑level position offers exposure to a range of financial products and the opportunity to develop strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clients with regular portfolio updates and promptly address their questions or concerns.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities, promoting our suite of products and services.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain the features and risks of stocks, ETFs and options to clients.
• Research and analyse market trends, financial and economic data to support client inquiries.
• Monitor stock market performance and stay informed of the latest financial news.
• Keep up to date with industry legislation, regulatory developments and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all client transactions and communications.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a financial services environment.
• Commitment to obtain the SEC Financial Broker Certificate within one year, including passing the three Jordan Securities Commission exams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of stocks, ETFs and options.
• Ability to conduct financial market research and analysis.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the securities industry.
