Assistant Club Lounge Manager

About the role

The Assistant Club Lounge Manager supports the Club Lounge team in delivering premium service to guests. Working closely with management, this role ensures smooth daily operations, maintains high standards of appearance and safety, and acts as a first point of contact for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to provide optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and address any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the area.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and ensure timely repairs.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Uphold company safety policies, report incidents, and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
