Assistant Relationship Manager - Global Corporate & Network Banking

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager supports the Relationship Manager in delivering banking solutions to network clients across Arab Bank’s footprint. The role focuses on strategy implementation, client acquisition, and ensuring high‑quality advisory services while adhering to the bank’s risk appetite.

Key responsibilities

• Support the RM to develop and implement account strategy for network clients, aligned with the bank’s overall appetite.
• Assist RM in managing the queue and expediting the funding of contracts.
• Assist RM in achieving sales targets in line with best‑practice service standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and service‑quality standards.
• Identify new clients and analyse existing client business to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide clients with comprehensive advisory services.
• Develop customized financial plans based on client risk profiles.
• Support “Geography Cross‑Sell” initiatives to optimise profitability and meet the needs of network clients operating in Arab Bank countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics from a recognised university.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate banking or corporate credit at a leading financial institution.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
