Associate Accounts Receivable Manager

About the role

Kitopi is seeking an Associate Accounts Receivable Manager to lead its AR function across its fast‑growing cloud‑kitchen network. You will oversee incoming payments, maintain accurate receivable records, and ensure timely collections while collaborating with sales and operations to optimise cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day AR activities, including ledger management, invoicing and collections.
• Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the AR team against KPIs.
• Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and adherence to billing terms.
• Monitor aging reports, follow up overdue accounts and drive payment collection.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, disputes and customer queries in partnership with Sales and Operations.
• Analyse and improve cash‑flow processes to increase receivables turnover.
• Develop and enforce credit policies, review and approve customer credit limits.
• Prepare and present AR reports for senior management, including aging, cash collections and bad‑debt provisions.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing accounts receivable functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small finance team.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cash‑flow optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
