Associate – Audit & Assurance (Jordan – Mustaqbaly Program)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Associate for its Audit & Assurance team in Amman, Jordan, as part of the Mustaqbaly Program. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop audit expertise while contributing to high‑quality client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and address audit and risk advisory priorities aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Apply relevant accounting standards and perform risk assessment procedures to identify material misstatement risks.
• Deliver high‑quality audits using Deloitte’s global audit methodology, tools, and guidance.
• Formulate reasonable judgments and conclusions to produce timely, informative audit outputs.
• Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards, local laws, ethical standards, independence requirements, and firm quality‑control procedures.

Required profile

• No prior experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Demonstrated commitment to personal learning and development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with professionals at all levels.
