Associate – Contracting (Jordan/Lebanon)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Associate to support client‑facing teams with contractual and commercial negotiations across Jordan and Lebanon. You will work closely with legal advisers, procurement, and risk functions to ensure contracts align with Deloitte’s standards and regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate engagement contracts, including Master Service Agreements and Framework Agreements.
• Handle Non‑Disclosure Agreements, hold‑harmless letters, inter‑firm, sub‑contractor and teaming agreements.
• Assess supplier and vendor contracts to meet procurement requirements.
• Monitor legal, jurisdictional and regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Provide ad‑hoc risk and legal guidance to business units.
• Develop a deep understanding of Deloitte’s service offerings and contractual risk tolerances.
• Maintain the library of contractual templates and related policies.
• Build a network across risk functions within Deloitte member firms.

Required profile

• Experience supporting commercial and contractual negotiations in a professional services environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
