Associate Manager / Manager, Financial Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Associate Manager with a strong PMO orientation to lead multi‑workstream finance modernization initiatives across the enterprise. The role combines deep finance domain expertise with disciplined program management to deliver measurable improvements in processes, technology, and operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and governance of finance transformation programs, including milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and steering‑committee reporting.
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, templates, dashboards, and logs for transparency across all workstreams.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, system integrators, and third‑party vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for core finance functions (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Internal Controls) and drive process assessment, gap analysis, and future‑state design.
• Define transformation use cases and map them to technology enablers such as ERP modernization, RPA, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.
• Partner with IT to evaluate, select, and implement finance technology platforms, overseeing system integration, data migration, and UAT cycles.
• Design and execute change‑management strategies to ensure global adoption of new processes and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance transformation or large‑scale finance modernization programs.
• Strong PMO background with ability to manage complex, multi‑workstream projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of the full finance spectrum (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Controls).
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior finance and IT leaders.
