Associate Manager – Planner (D&T)

About the role

The D&T Associate Manager – Planner will support the development, coordination and governance of a multi‑project portfolio. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure demand visibility, capacity planning, financial tracking and delivery readiness are aligned and up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio‑level plans, timelines, milestones and resource views.
• Consolidate and keep a central view of demand across new, change and ongoing initiatives.
• Update go‑live trackers, validate delivery timelines and ensure consistent delivery updates.
• Coordinate inputs for Delivery Review Board and other governance forums, preparing portfolio‑level summaries.
• Track key dependencies and risks across projects, providing early visibility of impacts.
• Support consolidation of financial data (CAPEX, PR) and align spend with delivery plans.
• Prepare leadership reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data for CDTO updates.
• Maintain data consistency across demand, WSR, DRB, go‑live and finance trackers.
• Assist delivery teams with execution frameworks, tools and templates.
• Develop and maintain resource plans, highlighting over‑allocation or under‑utilisation.
• Contribute to capacity planning, aligning demand with available resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in portfolio planning, demand management and capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk and dependency tracking.
• Familiarity with financial tracking, CAPEX and resource utilisation reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, stakeholders and leadership teams.
