Associate Scientist – Formulation Development

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Scientist to join its Formulation Development team in Amman, Jordan. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, caring, and teamwork, supporting the transfer of manufacturing know‑how and ensuring successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the transfer of manufacturing processes, technical knowledge, and product know‑how across Hikma sites.
• Act as the R&D representative during validation batch manufacturing for new product launches, providing on‑site technical oversight.
• Review manufacturing and packaging batch records to verify compliance with approved processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and resolve technical risks and gaps to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer from product development to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful execution of the first commercial/validation batches.
• Generate and supply technical documentation required for regulatory filing activities.
