Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

Abu Haikal Car Dealers, an automotive dealership in Amman, Jordan founded in 1989 and specializing in Mercedes-Benz, BYD and Denza vehicles, is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Executive. The ideal candidate has strong sales and negotiation skills, a passion for the automotive industry and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while closing deals. Experience level: 3-5 years.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Manage sales leads and follow up with prospective customers in a timely and professional way.
• Present vehicle features, specifications and available options.
• Prepare quotations and sales offers and negotiate terms with customers.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to closing the deal.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work toward achieving individual sales targets.
• Stay informed about vehicle models, specifications and market developments.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Fluent Arabic and good command of English.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of electric vehicles, hybrids, luxury and premium vehicles, and new and used cars.
