B2B Business Development Executive – SaaS / Enterprise Software

About the role

Sophtri is seeking a results‑driven B2B Business Development Executive to expand its enterprise software portfolio across Jordan and the wider region. You will be responsible for creating a robust sales pipeline, engaging decision‑makers, and positioning our SaaS solutions that streamline asset management, safety, operations, quality, maintenance, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and target potential B2B customers and accounts.
• Initiate contact through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conduct discovery meetings to uncover client challenges.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions, coordinate technical demos, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections, and negotiate to close deals.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM and provide market feedback for product positioning.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, ERP, IT solutions, or enterprise software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers and persistent with follow‑up.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
