Backend Developer – .NET Core & Azure

About the role

Finance House is looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with deep expertise in both .NET Framework and .NET Core. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining core financial applications on Microsoft Azure while ensuring security, scalability, and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using .NET Core, including databases, APIs, and microservices.
• Implement security protocols such as OAuth2 and Identity Server to protect data and ensure user authentication.
• Create, execute, and automate test plans, unit tests, and system integration tests.
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and scale applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Dockerize applications for containerized deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software design and testing.
• Stay current with emerging backend technologies and apply them to improve financial software solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing backend solutions in the finance or banking sector.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to guide and mentor less‑experienced developers.
