Beach Waiter/Waitress – Jordanians Only

About the role

Accor is looking for enthusiastic Waiter and Waitress professionals to join its beach service team in Jordan. The role focuses on delivering a safe, clean and memorable beach experience for guests while upholding the brand’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and thank them on departure, following Accor’s grooming standards.
• Set up and maintain beach stations, including sunbeds, umbrellas and fresh towels.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of all beach areas, reporting any hazards or suspicious activities immediately.
• Handle guest requests, comments and complaints promptly, escalating serious issues to senior staff.
• Fold and store umbrellas each evening and attend all mandatory meetings.
• Follow all hotel policies, service standards and procedural guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑ to 5‑star hotel environment.
• Confident demeanor with a good command of the English language.
