About the role

Join our hotel team and be the first friendly face guests see. As a Bell Man you will create memorable experiences by assisting guests with their luggage and introducing them to their rooms.

Key responsibilities

Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
Retrieve, transport, organize and store guest luggage according to guidelines.
Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with room features.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of equipment.

Required profile

Leadership and teamwork orientation.
Ownership, accountability and urgency.
