BIM Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital transformation across multidisciplinary engineering projects in Jordan. The role combines technical expertise with leadership to ensure BIM excellence, quality delivery, and seamless coordination among design and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure ISO 19650 compliance.
• Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• Create and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and BIM quality audits.
• Oversee COBie deliverables, asset information, and digital handover processes.
• Mentor BIM teams and promote the use of AI, Dynamo, Python, and other automation tools.
• Support tender preparation, technical proposals, and BIM strategy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s in BIM‑related field is a plus).
• 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a BIM leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
