Branch Manager

About the role

Four Winters is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations of one of its locations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high quality standards, and driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, mentor, schedule and supervise branch staff.
• Maintain Four Winters’ standards for product quality, cleanliness, food safety and overall operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor cleaning, waste‑management and customer‑service systems.
• Track sales, control costs, manage inventory and coordinate orders.
• Forecast inventory and staffing needs to support operational demands.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health‑and‑safety regulations and SOPs.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate branch performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant, café or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven capability to manage fast‑paced operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and food‑safety standards.
