Brand Manager

About the role

Real Cosmetics is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to oversee makeup brands across its showrooms. You will be responsible for product selection, display standards, tester management, staff training, and reporting while driving sales and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day agency relationships, ensuring delivery of samples, promotional materials, and sales support.
• Analyze market trends, product quality, pricing and document findings to guide decisions.
• Evaluate new product submissions, coordinate pricing and trial quantities, and decide on acceptance.
• Oversee display setup across showrooms, design in‑house displays when needed, and monitor display quality.
• Set guidelines for tester distribution, maintain tester readiness, and protect the customer experience.
• Coordinate training for showroom staff on new products and verify product knowledge before launches.
• Conduct showroom visits, track sales movement, display compliance, stock levels, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in brand or category management within cosmetics or retail.
• Additional courses in sales, merchandising or brand management are a plus.
