Business Development Division Director

About the role

The Business Development Division Director leads the commercial growth of the Jordan River Foundation, shaping strategy, driving revenue and overseeing brand equity across Jordan River Designs and Karma Kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term sales and marketing plans for JRD and Karma Kitchen portfolios.
• Lead brand management, corporate identity and e‑commerce marketing to ensure consistent digital presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in regional and international markets.
• Manage high‑value partnerships, including compliance with standards such as IKEA and HACCP.
• Oversee pricing strategy, dynamic revenue management and financial impact analysis of promotions.
• Develop and control the comprehensive sales and marketing budget.
• Design and evaluate the end‑to‑end customer experience strategy, incorporating feedback and quality standards.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in business development, sales or marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving commercial growth.
• Experience managing international partnerships and large‑scale accounts.
• Ability to oversee brand equity, market expansion and budget management.
