Business Development Executive

About the role

Gridart Creative Agency is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand its client portfolio across Jordan and the GCC. You will be responsible for generating new leads, presenting the agency’s creative services, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, networking and referrals.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule introductory meetings.
• Present Gridart’s portfolio and capabilities in a professional manner.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with the creative team to craft tailored proposals.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms and close new business.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and client database.
• Build long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Support upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Research market trends, competitors and emerging business sectors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in a creative, advertising or digital agency is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Confidence engaging with decision‑makers.
• Organised, proactive and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead management.
