Business Development Manager

About the role

The Seventh Cloud, a leading event management and production agency in Jordan, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and support the company’s growth across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new business and revenue.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across corporate, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, advertising, and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and key decision‑makers.
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation and pitching through negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and commercial presentations.
• Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline and identify strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to develop tailored client solutions.
• Represent The Seventh Cloud at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, events, advertising, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
• Strong existing network within the Jordanian corporate, events, hospitality, advertising, or entertainment sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong understanding of the Jordanian market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• GCC experience and regional relationships are an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven, and results‑oriented.
