Business Development Officer

About the role

The Business Development Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jordan. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets that support HCAC’s accreditation, consulting, and training services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, prepare proposals and presentations, and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design service offerings, develop pricing strategies, and ensure alignment with HCAC’s mission and standards.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, attend relevant events, and represent HCAC professionally.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership on business performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and partnership management, with a track record of converting new opportunities.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning to inform growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English; fluency in Arabic or other regional languages is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
