About the role

MADAR AERO is seeking an ambitious Business Development Specialist to drive growth of its geospatial and UAV solutions in Amman. The role focuses on B2B technical sales, converting advanced UAV, GIS and remote‑sensing technologies into commercial proposals for engineering, surveying and real‑estate clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Activate and expand relationships with decision‑makers in surveying offices, engineering firms, consultancies and real‑estate developers.
  • Establish new communication channels across public and private sectors to build long‑term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver high‑level technical presentations that illustrate the economic and operational benefits of UAV/drone systems, GIS, LiDAR, photogrammetry and mobile robotic solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Geomatics & Remote Sensing departments to align sales strategies with technical capabilities.
  • Generate and follow up on commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development.
  • Resident of Amman (mandatory).
  • Strong motivation to learn complex geospatial technologies; a specialized academic degree is not required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks.
