About the role

The Business Instructor will deliver engaging, interactive training sessions within a comprehensive Business Program. You will prepare course materials, connect theory to real‑world applications, and foster a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic training sessions covering topics such as management, marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, and finance.
• Prepare presentations, case studies, projects, and practical exercises that illustrate industry practices.
• Facilitate discussions, hands‑on activities, and assessments to gauge learner understanding.
• Provide constructive feedback and support learners in developing professional business skills.
• Stay current with business trends, tools, and technologies, and collaborate with academic teams to ensure consistent quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in training, teaching, coaching, or professional development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in education, training, or professional development sectors is advantageous.
