Business Operations Lead

About the role

Vardot is seeking a Business Operations Lead to own and evolve the systems that power our sales, customer, and delivery data. This remote‑first position (hybrid for candidates in Jordan) combines hands‑on systems implementation with analytics to ensure clean data and actionable reporting for sales, leadership, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, properties, workflows, lead scoring, and integrations with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace and accounting platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain internal tools on Replit using JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, leveraging AI agents such as Claude to automate repetitive tasks.
• Create dashboards and reports for pipeline forecasting, marketing attribution, customer health, profitability and delivery status, ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Support product owners and project managers with data tools, automate recurring reports, and act as the go‑to expert for system questions and process improvements.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in CRM, RevOps or sales/marketing operations, with at least 2 years as the primary HubSpot administrator.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to model data, build dashboards and explain insights to stakeholders.
• Owner’s mindset: proactively identifies broken processes and implements fixes without being asked.

Required skills

• HubSpot administration (workflows, custom objects, reporting, integrations)
• Programming in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, REST APIs and webhooks
• SQL and data tools such as BigQuery, Looker Studio
• Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, GA4
• AI tooling (Claude, coding assistants)
• Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace
