Business Support Coordinator – Junior Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Operations colleague to support code setup and invoicing processes at Marsh. The role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of operations experience who enjoys working with data, improving process discipline, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize business data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and confidentiality.
• Support invoicing, collections coordination and code management in partnership with Finance.
• Create and track project codes, monitor progress and coordinate with colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Draft and edit internal and external communications such as emails and memos.
• Generate, reconcile and analyse reports related to invoicing, code management and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify operational challenges, propose solutions and provide data‑driven analysis.
• Assist with audit activities, including documentation and evidence gathering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, finance or a related role.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong standard of accuracy.
• Solid analytical capability and sound judgment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation).
