Business Support Specialist

About the role

Equiti is seeking a Business Support Specialist to provide technical and business support for its fintech applications. The role involves troubleshooting, user communication, and ensuring smooth service delivery within a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues across applications, databases, and integrations.
• Manage user relationships, address concerns, and deliver timely solutions.
• Monitor system performance, identify production issues, and support release activities.
• Analyze data trends, create documentation, and prepare status reports for management.
• Apply ITSM/ITIL practices for incident, problem, and service request management.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical or business support role.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with proactive, self‑motivated attitude.

Required skills

• SQL querying and log analysis.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, XML.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, web applications, trading platforms, and mobile apps.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Atlassian Suite, or Microsoft DevOps.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Programming concepts such as Python, C#, Angular, Flutter (optional).
