The Case Management Officer (Patient Financial Services) ensures that patients meet eligibility criteria before receiving care, while supporting accurate billing and financial counseling. This role bridges clinical teams and insurance providers to maintain smooth inpatient billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive elective admission requests from clinic teams and physician referrals.
• Verify patient eligibility for treatment prior to service delivery.
• Perform eligibility, authorization, and cost estimation activities.
• Provide documentation and coding support for financial clearance.
• Offer financial counseling to patients to enhance clinical efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and patient experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of clinical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with medical insurance processes.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of incident/accident reporting procedures.
• Competence in data entry and analysis.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in professional email etiquette.
