About the role
Join Natural Grocers as a Cashier on the Good4U Crew, delivering friendly service while promoting nutrition and healthy choices. This entry‑level position offers a dynamic environment where you’ll interact with customers, handle transactions, and support store initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide world‑class customer service
- Perform cashiering duties and handle money accurately
- Support various departments and assist with stocking and greeting customers
- Promote special events and the Nutrient to Know About program
- Assist company initiatives and gain product knowledge
- Act as an all‑hands‑on‑deck team member, helping wherever needed
Required profile
- Strong people skills
- Retail experience
- Cashiering and money‑handling ability
- Ability to pass food safety training courses or certifications
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Sense of urgency in task completion
- Take direction and follow through
