Channel Account Manager

About the role

The Internal Channel Account Manager serves as the bridge between our internal teams and external channel partners, driving end‑to‑end sales execution and business growth. You will identify and develop new client accounts and partners, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure alignment with revenue targets while collaborating across sales, marketing, and technical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner Development: research and identify new potential partners and vendors, schedule introductory meetings, collaborate with the Channel Manager on VAD‑led initiatives, gather feedback, and address enablement or technical gaps.
• Delegate Engagement & Event Support: reach out to potential delegates, develop targeted email campaigns, plan and conduct year‑end feedback surveys, and analyse acquisition performance.
• Strategy & Analytics: assist in co‑marketing strategy development, monitor delegate engagement success, set and track quarterly goals using data insights, and hold weekly check‑ins.
• CRM & Communication: keep CRM systems up‑to‑date with partner, lead, and delegate interactions, support marketing promotional activities, and ensure data accuracy for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner engagement.
• Fluency in English and a regional language.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities; data‑driven and results‑oriented.
