Client Deployment Lead, AI (MENA market)

About the role

TheSoul Group is looking for a Client Deployment Lead, AI to work directly with mid‑market CEOs across the MENA region. You will embed on‑site, own the executive relationship, and drive AI‑native transformation projects from initial proof‑of‑concept to full rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client‑CEO relationship and lead the executive steering committee with decision‑making authority.
• Run the transformation cadence, including weekly reviews, finance‑verified monthly value reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver a fast, fixed‑scope first win on real client data, then lead the full deployment across the organization.
• Translate client challenges into clear, build‑ready specifications for remote engineering teams.
• Be accountable for measurable, finance‑verified outcomes that appear on the client’s P&L.
• Build a portfolio of 2‑3 marquee CEO accounts and manage end‑to‑end rollout from kickoff to handover.
• Codify deployment methods to reduce ramp‑up time for future engagements.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering tangible business outcomes (e.g., moving a P&L or shipping a transformation).
• Comfortable sitting alongside mid‑market CEOs as a peer and earning rapid trust.
• Technically literate enough to prototype, create specifications, and direct engineering teams.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and can operate effectively with incomplete information.
