Client Relationship Manager – Remote

About the role

STARTRADER is looking for an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with retail and professional trading clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on client retention, activation of dormant accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trading clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Drive client retention and increase trading activity within regulatory limits.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and improve client lifetime value.
• Handle client queries about accounts, platforms and market updates.
• Support KYC, onboarding and suitability assessments while ensuring all communications meet SCA regulations.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk and Operations teams to avoid mis‑selling and unauthorized advice.
• Provide guidance on MT4/MT5 platform functionality, leverage, margin, spreads, swaps and risk‑management principles.
• Assist clients with funding, withdrawals and other account‑related requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a regulated Forex brokerage environment.
• Strong client‑focused attitude with proven relationship‑management skills.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (Cat 1 / Cat 5).
• Ability to communicate complex trading concepts clearly.
