Clinic Operations & Growth Manager

About the role

The specialized Lipedema clinic in Amman seeks a proactive Clinic Operations & Growth Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance the patient journey, and drive the clinic’s expansion. This role reports directly to the clinic’s medical director and works closely with both therapeutic and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations, including patient flow, consultations, surgical scheduling, and follow‑ups.
• Lead and coordinate medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with quality, hygiene, infection‑control, and overall healthcare standards.
• Continuously improve the patient experience from first contact through post‑treatment care.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics, revenue, expenses, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
• Support service development, growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and event coordination.
• Facilitate clear communication between the doctor, therapeutic team, and administrative personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing a clinic, medical center, or hospital.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of patient experience, quality standards, and operational workflows.
• Ability to manage teams, budgets, reports, and performance indicators.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
