About the role
Nour Musharbash Nutrition Centre is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Amman. We’re looking for someone who is professional, organized, warm, and confident in dealing with clients, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities
- Managing appointments, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Welcoming and assisting clients at the clinic
- Coordinating daily schedules and follow‑ups
- Performing InBody measurements
- Handling payments and maintaining the clinic’s cash records
- Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the clinic
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a healthcare setting (preferred)
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, attentive, and patient‑focused
- Ability to work in a professional healthcare environment
- Bachelor’s degree is required
