Cloud Strategy Consultant – Technology Consulting

About the role

EY is seeking a Cloud Strategy professional to join its Amman office. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to help clients define cloud strategies, design target operating models, establish governance frameworks, and deliver transformation programs that generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud strategies, adoption roadmaps, and transformation cases.
• Conduct current‑state assessments, maturity diagnostics, and gap analyses.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and investment justifications for cloud initiatives.
• Design Cloud Target Operating Models, including organization, governance, service models, processes, and roles.
• Support the creation and mobilisation of Cloud Centres of Excellence and translate regulatory requirements into governance frameworks.
• Assist with delivery governance, planning, RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare consulting documentation, executive materials, workshop packs, and decision papers.
• Contribute to cloud‑related RFPs, pursuits, and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cloud strategy, advisory, or digital transformation engagements.
• Strong consulting background with ability to work across IT, digital, security, finance, procurement, and business leadership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
