Cluster Groups Coordinator

About the role

The Cluster Groups Coordinator is responsible for handling all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations for the hotel. This full‑time position ensures guests receive accurate information, special requests are accommodated, and revenue is maximized through effective sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs, determine appropriate room type, verify availability, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
• Document and accommodate special requests, answer questions about property facilities and services.
• Input and maintain group rooming lists, adjust room blocks, and ensure accurate billing according to accounting policies.
• Communicate VIP reservation information and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve challenges.
• Maintain confidentiality, uphold company policies, and present a professional appearance.
• Provide courteous guest service, assist individuals with disabilities, and follow quality assurance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related reservation or hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
