Commercial Corporate Manager

About the role

The Commercial Corporate Manager will lead the bank's relationship with corporate clients, delivering tailored financing solutions and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role requires deep insight into client needs, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on risk‑adjusted performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial requirements and strategic objectives.
• Recommend appropriate financing products such as working capital, term loans, trade finance, and guarantees.
• Collaborate with credit risk, operations, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Cross‑sell treasury, cash management, and digital banking services to existing clients.
• Monitor portfolio quality, reviewing client performance and credit risk indicators regularly.
• Coordinate documentation, approvals, and disbursements with Credit, Legal, and Operations.
• Lead complex negotiations on terms and conditions, aligning agreements with the bank's risk appetite.
• Leverage market, industry, and regulatory knowledge to support strategic decision‑making and portfolio growth.
• Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets while maintaining robust risk management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking with direct client exposure.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and corporate lending practices.
• Familiarity with Central Bank of Jordan regulations on corporate credit.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Jordanian nationality.
