Commercial Spare Parts Sales Consultant

About the role

Abu Khader Automotive is seeking a motivated Commercial Spare Parts Sales Consultant to manage parts sales across counter, workshop, and wholesale channels, meeting targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between the Parts Department and internal and retail customers for parts and accessories sales.
• Provide fast, courteous service to technicians, service advisors, and retail customers.
• Provide accurate part numbers and pricing on repair orders and counter tickets.
• Prepare special and emergency orders, maintain back‑order records, and follow up with customers on arrival.
• Inform customers of discounted parts and campaigns to boost sales.
• Report lost sales daily to the direct manager.
• Maintain parts and accessories catalogues, price tags, and technical bulletins.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Conduct regular visits to market and wholesale customers, providing insights on market prices.
• Carry out sales collection activities.

Required profile

• Knowledge of the automotive market and motor vehicles.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong customer service and satisfaction mindset.
