About the role
BARE is a fast‑growing food service brand that delivers carefully composed, functional meals with a focus on quality and consistency. As a Commis Chef you will join the kitchen team to support daily operations through basic food preparation, assembly of dishes and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked station.
Key responsibilities
- Wash, cut, and portion a variety of ingredients according to standardized recipes.
- Assist in preparing simple components and assembling bowls during service.
- Maintain portion accuracy and presentation standards.
- Keep your station clean, organized and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Support opening and closing tasks, including stock checks and sanitation.
- Follow all food‑safety, hygiene and storage regulations.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of kitchen experience or a strong willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and a reliable, team‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Food preparation techniques (washing, cutting, portioning).
- Portion control and dish assembly.
- Food safety and hygiene practices.
