About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Insurance Sales Consultants. This is a 100% commission‑based position with no fixed salary, designed for candidates who thrive on performance‑driven earnings and long‑term career growth in the insurance sector. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive three‑month training program and will be supported through the licensing process.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a three‑month training and development program covering products, sales techniques and regulatory requirements.
• Pass the Central Bank of Jordan insurance licensing examination.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of prospective and existing clients.
• Assess clients’ financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, ambitious and goal‑oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and relationship building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop a long‑term career in insurance.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is an advantage but not required.
