Communications & Project Management Executive

About the role

Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking a Communications & Project Management Executive to join its MEA team. You will be responsible for delivering 360° campaigns, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high‑quality asset delivery for a leading brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brief execution and oversee the delivery of full‑scale campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, social, traffic, planning, and finance teams to streamline day‑to‑day operations.
• Prepare contract reports, cost estimates, invoicing, and internal process documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the in‑house design team to produce best‑in‑class content.
• Maintain accurate reporting, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.
• Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication and proactive service.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
