Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day engagement across our social media channels in Amman. You will ensure timely, brand‑aligned interactions and help shape our online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily community engagement on all platforms, responding to comments, DMs and mentions promptly.
• Plan, schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar.
• Monitor brand conversations, sentiment and industry trends using tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr or Meltwater.
• Analyse audience insights and provide actionable recommendations to content and strategy teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering engagement, sentiment and key trends.
• Escalate sensitive or high‑risk issues to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in community management, social media or digital engagement.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Strong English and Arabic writing skills with the ability to handle high‑volume interactions while maintaining brand tone.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
• Experience using social listening and analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite Insights, Sprinklr or Meltwater.
