Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to lead our regulatory compliance function for debt‑resolution operations. Based in Jordan, you will ensure the company adheres to all state, federal and industry regulations while embedding a strong compliance culture across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Research, interpret and monitor applicable laws such as TSR, TCPA, FDCPA and UDAAP.
• Oversee domestic and foreign registration processes, including renewals and deficiency resolutions.
• Lead internal audits, risk assessments and remediation plans to close compliance gaps.
• Supervise policy development, approve documentation and act as final compliance sign‑off before executive review.
• Manage client complaint investigations, maintain logs and drive corrective actions.
• Provide regulatory guidance to all departments and coordinate enforcement escalations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within financial services or debt‑resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to advise senior management and train staff.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a track record of managing audits and investigations.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of TSR, TCPA, FDCPA and UDAAP regulations.
