Compliance Officer I

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer I to join our Compliance team. In this entry‑level position you will support day‑to‑day compliance activities, data gathering, research and process improvement while building a solid foundation in regulatory and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with customer and vendor screening, internal checks and routine compliance tasks under supervision.
• Gather, organize and analyse compliance‑related data for reporting and dashboard updates.
• Conduct basic research on anti‑bribery, AML, sanctions and data‑privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of compliance procedures.
• Support automation initiatives and work with compliance platforms or workflow tools where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit or similar areas.
• Strong interest in regulatory compliance, ethics and corporate governance.
• Analytical, organized and good communication skills with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
