Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time CNC Programmer to develop, test and optimise CNC programs for its furniture manufacturing operations in Amman. You will ensure efficient, accurate and safe machining while supporting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create CNC programs.
• Select appropriate tools, machining parameters and set up CNC machines for production runs.
• Test, optimise and validate programs to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot programming or machining problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups and any process changes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in CNC programming for manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with machining and milling operations, including setup and tool optimisation.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Experience with CNC control systems and CAD/CAM software (highly preferred).
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Previous experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is an advantage.
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
